USE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
-Dishwasher and freezer safe
-Do not microwave
-Do not boil the silicone container for longer than 5 minutes while sterilising
-Do not fill with carbonated or hot beverages
-If freezing the bottle, fill it ¾ full so theres room for water to expand
-If flying with the bottle, beware the change in pressure could force extra fluid into the straw, causing it to spurt on the first sip
